Law enforcement, government, legal, healthcare, financial services, call centres, education, retail and transportation. The common factor is an obligation to release or share content that identifies people.
Does the software differ by industry?
The engine is the same. What differs is the detection classes selected, the compliance framework a job is measured against, and the exemption codes applied, all of which are configuration rather than a different product.
Which compliance frameworks are covered?
Twelve ship with their own detection class sets: HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, FERPA, CCPA and CPRA, GLBA, CJIS, SOX, COPPA, FRCP, US FOIA and UK FOIA. Custom sets are definable alongside them.
Can one deployment serve several departments?
Yes. A portal is a self-contained space with its own users, content, branding, security policy and settings, so several departments operate on one deployment without seeing each other.
