Processing Units (PUs) are the credits that power everything on the VIDIZMO Redactor platform. Every action that involves computation, including encoding, transcoding, AI transcription, translation, AI-based detections, and redaction, consumes PUs. Think of them as a shared fuel tank for all platform activity.

No interruption to your account. You can purchase additional Processing Units or Storage at any time during your active subscription by reaching out to our sales team. Top-ups are applied to your account promptly.

Yes. Additional named user licenses can be added to any plan at any time. Contact our team and we'll provision the extra seats under your existing subscription.

Every Redactor plan includes the full feature set. The difference between plans is purely volume. Higher plans give you more Processing Units per month (your redaction capacity) and more Storage. If you're redacting more hours of video, audio, or more document pages per month, you simply move up a tier.

Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period so your work is never interrupted. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date to stop the next charge. Annual plans are non-refundable. No grace period applies once the billing cycle begins.

Yes. Every Redactor plan comes with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full platform access to test redaction on your own content before committing to a plan.
