Photographs
Damage and inspection images, which capture faces, plates and house numbers alongside the damage.

Claimant conversations carrying names, card numbers and, frequently, medical detail.
Why It Works
This is the clearest example of why multi-format coverage is not a feature list item. A document-only tool covers the statements and leaves the photographs. A video-only tool does the reverse. Either way the organisation runs two workflows, maintains two audit trails, and reconciles them by hand.
Detection rules are tuned to the formats their own carriers send, which is what makes an automated stage viable: the pipeline does not need a decision per file because the policy is fixed per document type.
